Become a CoreCross® instructor
Make our class your own
CoreCross® is not a “cookie cutter” class with mass produced instructors that ‘go through the motions” of delivering pre-choreographed classes.
If you really want to make a difference to the people that come to your classes, if you genuinely want to connect with your class participants then the CoreCross® Foundations course is the place to start.
CoreCross® is a pre-formatted class which gives you the reassurance of knowing that the class and exercises are professionally programmed BUT we want you to maintain your individuality. We will give you strategies that you can use to make this class your own.
Throughout the CoreCross® Foundations course you will be taught to break down exercises and analyse each phase of the movement, this process will give you a better understanding of the technique and progressions needed to successfully coach each exercise.
On completion of the CoreCross® Foundations course you will be ready to teach CoreCross® classes. Use your instructor login to receive all class content.
If you are registered with Fitness Australia you will receive 15CECs for completing the CoreCross® Foundations course.
